(MOI) Olympic Athlete Zersenay Tadesse has donated 300,000 Nakfa to the
Martyrs Trust Fund. He told ERINA that gives him deep satisfaction to
extend assistance to the families of fallen heroes.
It is to be
recalled that Athlete Zersenay last year donated 160,000 Nakfa in
support of children of martyrs and HIV/AIDS victims. Likewise,
nationals in the Diaspora believed to members of the “Ainfelale Room”
donated 5,220 Euro and those residing in New York and its environs
donated about 8,400 dollars to the Eritrean National War-disabled
Veterans Association.
